Nice newts and a new website design

I radically changed the layout and format of the whole website! It took a lot of work (and it is still in progress), but I think it looks much better now. It should be much easier to see different posts from the home page, and it certainly helps display a good picture of each post. I hope this new format really increases browsing of past posts. Let me know if you have any comments.

The newts pictured are adult red striped newts (Notophthalmus perstriatus) from the Southern USA. Though still common in a few locals, this amphibian has experienced large declines through much of its historical range. One of my favorite species and a candidate for captive breeding programs
